The Role

We're hiring an Finance & Operation Manager to be the operational backbone of Viggle’s Toronto office and a force multiplier for leadership.

This is not a traditional EA role. We're looking for someone who is sharp, analytical, and commercially minded, and someone who can run the office, support executive workflows, assist with finance and administrative operations, and plug into business development and cross-functional projects when needed. You'll be a key part of how Viggle functions day-to-day and a trusted extension of the leadership team.

If you thrive in fast-moving environments, hate wasted motion, and want to be close to the action at a company building something that matters, this is the role.

Responsibilities

Office Operations

Own the day-to-day operations of the Toronto office—including vendor relationships, office supplies, facilities, and everything that keeps the office running smoothly.
Set up and maintain systems and processes that make the office efficient, organized, and professional.
Coordinate company events, offsites, team meetings, and visitor logistics.
Be the go-to person for all operational matters in Toronto.

Finance & Administrative Operations

Support day-to-day finance and administrative operations, including expense management, invoice processing, vendor payments, and budget tracking.

About the role
At Viggle, we're exploring how AI can help people make games, and building a platform where indie devs build them and players come to play. You'll build and run the community around it, devs and players alike, grow the player base, and be the bridge back to our team.
What you'll do
- Run our Discord and community: welcome people, keep them engaged, moderate, and run events (game jams, playtests, contests) that make them stay
- Make a steady stream of content: clips, devlogs, dev spotlights, updates
- Own the marketing for each game launch: plan it, build buzz, and get it in front of players
- Gather feedback from devs and players and get it to our team in a form they can act on
What we're looking for
- A real gamer who can break down why a game works
- Has built and grown a community, ideally on Discord, from the early days
- Plugged into indie gamedev communities and game jams, and gets how devs think and talk
- Has marketed or launched a game, or knows what gets players to show up
- Can make content solo, videos and posts people actually watch and read
- AI-native in your own workflow

About PINOC
PINOC is Viggle's studio for generative 3D: a faster way for creators and game devs to produce 3D assets and bring them straight into their existing pipeline. We want a creator who lives on camera and online, makes videos that show what PINOC can do, teaches people to use it, and grows a real audience of creators and game devs around it.
You'll be the person the community associates with PINOC: the tutorials, the demos, the \"how did you make that,\" and the voice carrying what creators need back to the team.
What you'll do
- Make videos end to end: script, shoot, edit, publish. Tutorials, demos, showcase pieces on YouTube and social
- Build real 3D assets in PINOC and walk through your process on camera
- Grow PINOC's audience and reputation on social, mainly YouTube, and across 3D / game dev communities
- Run streams, workshops, and Q&As, and help creators get unstuck
- Bring back what creators ask for and struggle with, so the team can improve the product
What we're looking for
- A creator who ships content solo, idea to published video, with a reel to prove it
- Natural on camera and a clear explainer who can show creators how PINOC fits into the way they already work
- Hands-on with 3D: comfortable in tools like Blender, Unreal, or Unity, and quick to pick up PINOC
