Instabase
Instabase is a simple operating system designed for the web. It uses web browser for the user interface, a pluggable storage for filesystem, and an app store for apps which are accessible via web browser. The company provides a number of apps for automating complex business operations for large organizations -- business operations that typically are very human intensive (requires operations team of size ranging from many hundreds to a few thousands of people). In addition, a variety of apps are available for data science including IPython-style notebooks which is widely used by universities for teaching classes.
