THE ROLE

Our brokers play a crucial role in making this a reality. We’re an AI-first business, so whatever the role, we want people who reach for AI by default, stay curious about what it can do, and use it to work faster and think bigger. You’ll use AI day to day, from researching brokers to preparing for meetings, so more of your time goes on the conversations that win business. We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate Broker Development Manager to accelerate our distribution through brokers. In this role, you’ll maximise existing broker relationships and build strong, strategic, growth partnerships as part of our fast-paced distribution team right at the heart of Flock’s mission.

About the role

You'll own the people engine room at Flock: the employee lifecycle, payroll input, benefits, the HRIS, the office and our in-person events. Your job is to design how a modern People function should work at a company where repetitive admin is automated out of existence and every process is simple, scalable and AI-native by default. You'll report to our Senior People Partner and work with everyone here, from a new joiner on day one to the CEO, who cares deeply about our culture.

Own the full employee lifecycle: contracts, right-to-work, starter and leaver logistics, probations and changes. Shape the first day and first week alongside managers, delivering a strong employee experience across the lifecycle.

About the Role
Content and events. Two engines of Flock's marketing, and you own the execution of both.
Today the marketing team is one Senior Marketing Manager, who owns the brand and website, publishes the content, launches the products and runs up to nine events a year, getting it all out of the door by pushing AI hard. We're doubling the team and backing it with 3.5x the budget.
You're the second person in, owning events and content.
Events. You'll plan the calendar with the Senior Marketing Manager and own delivery: trade shows and conferences, plus our own broker and customer events. On each one you'll set the budget, build the stand, run the day, chase the leads and report on whether it was worth repeating.

THE ROLE
Engineering Lead for the Acquisition team. You’ll work closely with the PM to lead the team toward its goals, owning delivery, operational reliability and developer experience. You’ll ship production code and provide technical coaching and leadership to the engineers around you, not line management. You’ll also shape how the team uses AI tools and coding agents to ship faster without lowering the quality bar.

  About the role
  More fleets are choosing Flock and our Customer Success team needs to grow. You will own a book of customers outright: onboarding them, keeping them engaged with their data, and getting them to renewal in better shape than they started. The role is built around the conversations our telematics makes possible, from quarterly reviews with fleet managers to safety interventions that follow a spike in risky driving, alongside a steady variety of inbound queries by phone and email. You hear first hand what matters to customers and brokers, and your suggestions for improving how we work carry real weight. AI is part of the day job too, because Flock runs on it. You will use it to prepare for meetings, dig into fleet data and stay on top of your book. You do not need insurance experience. You need the service instincts that make clients want to deal with you, and the appetite to learn everything else.
