What You'll Do

Your job is to find bookkeepers and convince them to schedule a demo with us.

Here's what that looks like on a day-to-day basis:

Find prospects and engage them through calls, emails, and social media
Develop a keen understanding of Double's product and why people buy it
Write clever emails that make people smile and reply

Who You Are

You write and speak clearly and concisely
You are excited to get after it and crush quota
You are willing to eat the frog and make cold calls
Some sales experience preferred

We're bringing on dozens of new customers each month – you will be the first point of contact for small to mid-sized firms looking to start their journey with Double.
What You'll Do
- Conduct onboarding calls with prospective customers, train them to use the product, and help them realize value quickly
- Ensure that all technical implementation and account set-up steps have been completed for each account that you onboard
- Coordinate with Account Executives to identify any red flags that would hinder the prospect from subscribing to Double
- Maintain a high renewal rate after initial three month implementation period (80-85%)
- Proactively reach out to accounts to ensure they're continuing to reach their goals and respond to any inbound support inquiries in a timely manner

  We're bringing on dozens of new customers each month. You will be the main point of contact for larger firms and will be responsible for helping them onboard and succeed in our product.
  What You'll Do
  Onboarding Prospective Customers
  - Conduct onboarding calls with prospective customers, train them to use the product, complete technical implementation steps, and help them realize value quickly
  - Coordinate with Account Executives to identify any red flags that would hinder the prospect from subscribing to Double
  - Maintain a high conversion rate from Free Trial to subscribed customer (80-85%)
  Expansion of Existing Accounts
