This position involves delivering advanced packaging and 3DIC implementation flows for foundry and customer solutions primarily using Cadence Integrity

Job Description:

Delivering advanced packaging and 3DIC design planning flows for foundry and customer solutions primarily using Cadence Integrity, but knowledge of Virtuoso and APD as well is desired.
Work in a team environment creating and implementing 3DIC reference flows and designs.
The candidate is expected to be an advanced level user of 3DIC design planning tools, preferably Integrity.
Floorplanning knowledge in Innovus to deliver best solutions to costumers.

Requirements:

Complete Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience with package design with Intergrity is desired
Strong knowledge of advanced packaging concepts
Must be familiar with 3Dblox design methodology. Experience in YAML language is a plus.
Strong knowledge of 2.5D, 3DIC and stacked die technologies
Good programming knowledge with TCL a msut
Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
Strong personal drive for continuous learning and expanding professional skill sets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager - Scale-up and Scale-out Controller IP

About the Role

Cadence is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market initiatives for our advanced scale-up and scale-out controller IP solutions for UALink, Ethernet, Ultra Ethernet and its variant protocols. This role is instrumental in shaping product positioning, driving customer engagement, and translating technical innovation into compelling marketing narratives that resonate across the semiconductor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for scale-up and scale-out controller IP, aligned with customer needs and market dynamics.
- Engage directly with customers to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving technical requirements.
- Interpret IEEE, UALink, UEC, OCP and other consortium standards and translate them into actionable product features and differentiated messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Application Engineering to ensure product-market fit and technical alignment.
- Create high-impact marketing assets, including product briefs, datasheets, presentations, and web content to support sales enablement and brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ethernet or PCI Express controller design, verification, or system performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of ethernet standards and high-speed interconnect technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
