Pearl Health is looking for a Deputy General Counsel to help run and scale our Legal Department. You'll partner closely with the General Counsel to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of value-based care while building the legal infrastructure to support Pearl's fast-growing partnerships with providers and health systems. What You'll Do

As Deputy General Counsel, you'll be a hands-on legal partner across the business: advising teams, managing risk, and building scalable processes as Pearl grows. You will:

Stay current on relevant U.S. and international laws, regulations, and public policy developments, especially in healthcare, technology and primary care, and advise the business on how these may affect strategy and compliance
