Since launching in May 2024 we’ve grown to $35 million in ARR. Fyxer is building an AI executive assistant that handles emails, scheduling and follow-up, freeing people in client-facing roles to focus on their customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the front line of customer support across chat, email and video - resolving issues end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalating to Product Engineering only when genuinely needed
Identify patterns in customer issues and turn them into process improvements, knowledge base content, and actionable insights for the wider team
Act as the connective tissue between Support, Sales, Product and Customer Success - ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Help shape how we scale support as we grow, contributing to tooling decisions, workflow design and team playbooks

You'll be backed by strong Customer Success & Product Engineering teams and empowered with the tools, training, and autonomy to proactively solve customer problems, drive impactful solutions, and grow your career at pace.

We are looking for a Product Lead who operates like a Staff PM: someone who owns our most important product bets end-to-end, from ambiguous problem space to shipped outcome. You combine sharp product judgment with hands-on discovery skills, and you measure yourself on commercial impact, not output.

We're not looking for someone to write specs and manage a backlog. We want someone who helps us think better, decide better, and ship better. The goal isn't more process, it's higher quality decisions made faster.

You will work directly with our Head of Product, CTO, founders and senior engineers to shape what we build and why.

What you will own

You will not hand anything over. You will own the bet from first insight to shipped impact.

Own discovery through delivery for our most important product bets, from early ambiguity to validated direction to launched product
Work directly with engineers and founders from the start of any initiative as the accountable product owner, not a coordinator
Frame the problem, define the hypothesis, and choose the fastest route to signal: interviews, prototypes, fake doors, experiments, or just shipping and measuring
Translate messy qualitative and quantitative signals into clear product direction, then drive that direction through to execution

This is a hands-on role for a commercially-minded operator who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build from zero. You'll work with our largest and most complex customers - and the ones with the most potential - to drive renewals, find expansion opportunities, and turn usage into value and value into growth.
We’re looking for someone who was an Account Manager in a past life - someone who understands how to sell through success, multithread across an org, and turn commercial goals into long-term partnerships.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
You’ll be at the frontline of our Customer Success motion - helping define it while actively delivering results. We don’t yet have all the tooling, playbooks, or workflows in place. You’ll help build them. And you’ll do that while making sure our biggest customers are supported, engaged, and growing.
