We are hiring a Brand and Communications Lead to make Bastion known to every institution that should be building with us.

Bastion already has the substance: proven product-market fit, marquee enterprise customers, a regulated trust charter, and infrastructure major institutions rely on. What we need now is a market presence that matches the strength of the business.

You will own how Bastion is positioned and shows up in the world, from messaging and visual identity to press, executive visibility, industry relationships, and targeted campaigns. Your work should build trust, bring the right customers to Bastion, and shape how the market thinks about the future of financial infrastructure.

You will work directly with the CEO on building Bastion’s image, voice, and presence in the market.

Fintech or financial services experience is a strong advantage. This market rewards credibility, precision, and a real understanding of how institutions make decisions.

This role is ideally based in New York City, with a flexible hybrid setup.

We’re hiring an Account Executive to run Bastion’s sales motion for our custody and conversion products. Our customers are fintechs, payments providers, and crypto companies that need wallet infrastructure and global asset conversion rails. Your job is to find them, get in front of them, and close them.

Your targets already know they need to move money. The sale is showing them Bastion does it better, faster, and with regulatory coverage they can trust. You will use our outbound infrastructure to generate pipeline at scale, qualify inbound, and convert prospects into customers moving live volume.

You will partner with our technical account manager on technical evaluation and integration scoping, our commercial strategy lead on deal structuring and pricing, and our legal team on agreement terms. We're hiring a Payment Operations Associate to sit at the center of daily money movement across Bastion's payments and stablecoin infrastructure. You'll own execution from week one, working with the Payment Operations Lead to keep our operations accurate, reliable, and efficient.

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to own our Shared Services vertical, the set of foundational capabilities that every other product area at Bastion depends on. You'll turn ambiguous, compliance-heavy problems into clear, sequenced, shippable work. You'll own the roadmap, requirements, compliance checkpoints, quality bar, and stakeholder communication for a vertical that gates customer commitments across the platform.

Shared Services sits where product, engineering, and compliance meet. Much of the work centers on the controls and obligations that make stablecoin infrastructure trustworthy: identity and due-diligence flows, third-party risk controls, regulatory reporting, and the policies that govern how money moves.

This is a high-leverage IC role with real ownership from week one. It may be up-leveled to Senior PM depending on the candidate and interview performance.

We are open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with an advantage for those in (or willing to relocate or travel often to) New York City.

No prior experience working with stablecoins is required. We have a preference for prior experience with fintech, compliance, or risk.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and build the core infrastructure that powers our stablecoin platform. In this role, you'll design and ship services that handle custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows—systems that process real money and require exceptional reliability and security.

You'll work within one of our product verticals (Custody, On/Off Ramps, Issuance, or Shared Services), collaborating closely with product managers, compliance, and other engineers. Our teams are small and cross-functional, which means your work ships fast and has direct impact on customers and partners.

This is an opportunity to build financial infrastructure at a 30+ person company where ownership is real. We expect engineers to take initiative. Whether that's shipping features, improving observability, or strengthening the codebase.
