Overview

We're hiring a Sales Lead to run Bastion's sales motion for our custody and conversion products. Our customers are fintechs, payments providers, and crypto companies that need wallet infrastructure and global asset conversion rails, and we need someone who can find them, get in front of them, and close them quickly.

Your targets are companies that already know they need to move money. The sale is about showing them Bastion does it better, faster, and with regulatory coverage they can trust. You'll work with our outbound infrastructure and tooling to generate pipeline at scale, qualify inbound, and convert prospects into live customers who are moving volume.

You'll partner closely with our technical account manager on technical evaluation and integration scoping, our commercial strategy lead on deal structuring and pricing, and our legal team on agreement terms. The technical and commercial heavy lifting is supported; your job is to find the right companies, run a clean process, and close.

We are hiring a VP of Finance to Build scalable finance systems, processes, and infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role. Today, we have proven product-market fit with marquee enterprise clients, a regulated trust charter, and a platform that institutions are building on — but almost no one outside of our existing network knows it. This role exists to change that.

You will be the person who shapes and guides the brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and visual alignment across all touch points. You will own earning press coverage, preps executives for panels, navigates conference floors through relationships, and runs targeted campaigns for decision-makers — and you'll do it with a persistent awareness that everything you build needs to eventually connect to pipeline.

Fintech or financial services experience is a meaningful advantage here — this is a space where regulatory nuance and institutional credibility are hard to fake, and harder to learn on the fly.
